Si informa che dalle ore 21.00<\/strong> del 12 febbraio 2026<\/strong> fino alle ore 03:00<\/strong> del 18 febbraio 2026<\/strong>, il sistema operativo VIS sar\u00e0 interessato da un fermo operativo temporaneo.<\/p>\n

Si tratta di un intervento tecnico programmato e urgente che comporter\u00e0 la momentanea sospensione delle attivit\u00e0 di ricezione e trattazione delle domande di visto, nonch\u00e9 quella di emissione di visti d\u2019ingresso. Tale sospensione riguarder\u00e0 l\u2019operativit\u00e0 dell\u2019Ufficio Visti dell\u2019Ambasciata d\u2019Italia a Tbilisi.<\/p>\n

Si informa che, al fine di ridurre al massimo il disagio dell\u2019utenza, gli appuntamenti gi\u00e0 fissati saranno riprogrammati nei giorni immediatamente precedenti o successivi al periodo interessato dal fermo operativo, tenendo in debita considerazione le necessit\u00e0 prioritarie e i casi di urgenza.<\/p>\n

Infine, durante tale periodo, esclusivamente le domande di visto caratterizzate da<\/strong> documentata estrema urgenza<\/strong> potranno essere inviate all\u2019indirizzo e-mail visti.tbilisi@esteri.it<\/a>. Ove l\u2019estrema urgenza sia confermata, quest\u2019Ambasciata inoltrer\u00e0 le domande di visto all\u2019Ambasciata d\u2019Austria a Tbilisi la quale provveder\u00e0 eccezionalmente all\u2019analisi delle stesse su richiesta di quest\u2019Ambasciata.<\/p>\n

\n<\/strong>Temporary Suspension of the VIS Information System
\nfor the Processing and Issuance of Entry Visas<\/p>\n

We would like to inform that from 9:00 p.m. of 12 February 2026<\/strong> until 3:00 a.m. of 18 February 2026<\/strong>, the VIS operating system<\/strong> will be subject to a temporary operational suspension.<\/p>\n

This is a scheduled and urgent technical intervention<\/strong> which will result in the temporary suspension of activities related to the receipt and processing of visa applications, as well as the issuance of entry visas. This suspension will affect the operations of the Visa Office of the Embassy of Italy in Tbilisi<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

In order to minimize inconvenience to users, appointments that have already been scheduled will be rescheduled to the days immediately preceding or following<\/strong> the period affected by the system downtime, with due consideration given to priority needs and urgent cases<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

During such period, only visa applications characterized by documented extreme urgency<\/strong> can be sent to the following email address: visti.tbilisi@esteri.it<\/a>.
